From application to post-training communication, everything was impeccably organised. It was so reassuring to have contact with Nikki from before the training and throughout. I felt involved and relaxed and very confident that we were in capable hands.
Every session was smooth, engaging and the timing was managed perfectly by the trainers working together to deliver the content and manage the mind-field of virtual training. With Nikki keeping track of any activity, nothing was missed and every question or point raised was discussed. It really felt like a boost to get involved and enhanced the dynamic session delivered by Clare and any potential distractions – in the world of virtual meetings – were minimised. Breakout sessions were an incredibly fun and interactive way to continue the learning and breakup content as well as provide the networking opportunity that is sometimes forgotten with online training.
Having such accomplished and experienced trainers on-hand throughout to answer questions during the training (and even after sessions) was invaluable.
