Our Regulatory Leaders programme has been designed specifically for regulatory professionals to give them the confidence to lead their teams, develop their wider leadership skills and help them learn how to influence and inspire others. 

Our programme has been developed and is delivered by experienced regulatory professionals, who can help you understand how to put leadership theory into practice. 

Our programme has also been independently verified and accredited by the Institute of Leadership and follows their Dimensions of Leadership model.

Once our programme dates are released in November 2025, you will have the opportunity to decide whether to make a confirmed booking prior to spaces being made publicly available.



Aspiring Leaders Programme

We are thrilled to be working in partnership with CTSI,  who are committed to developing leaders and enhancing leadership capability.  CTSI have added our Aspiring Leaders Programme to their professional training portfolio. 

The Aspiring Leaders programme is designed to build confidence and capabilities for officers who would like to develop the skills to take on more responsibility in the future.
